Former Congresswoman, Katie Hill, will host the upcoming virtual townhall for the No Dem Left Behind Coalition.
Fort Myers, FL — April 21, 2020 — The No Dem Left Behind coalition announces a virtual townhall hosted by former California Congresswoman, Katie Hill on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 8:00 PM (EST). Democratic candidate for Florida’s Congressional District 19, Dr. Cindy Banyai, along with candidates from across the nation will be discussing campaigning during the age of COVID-19 and how they are adapting to campaign under these unique circumstances.
No Dem Left Behind is a coalition of candidates from across the country with the goal of supporting democratic candidates running in typically deep-red or rural areas. Their mission is to ensure that democrats everywhere feel that their voice is being heard.
Dr. Banyai is one of the original members of the group. She believes that “now more than ever, it is important for us to connect with our colleagues from across the country to work together on solving our nation’s issues.” Banyai has worked for over 10 years with different groups in Southwest Florida working to solve issues facing their community. She knows that working purely on party lines is not an effective way for our leaders to be making decisions.
